Shipping Information

BASIN is dedicated to customer service and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. If you have any questions regarding our returns and exchanges policy, please feel free to contact us directly via [email protected]

We ship all domestic and international orders via Australia Post.

Shipping Rates (All prices in Australian Dollars)

Australian orders

Express Post Delivery $11.90* (1-3 working days)

*If you spend over $100 your shipping is free of charge.

We post using Express Delivery so you can locate your parcel with a tracking number.

International orders

For the first time ever, BASIN is shipping internationally to help spread Endo awareness worldwide. International shipping is available for The Endo Necklaces ONLY. Being based in Western Australia, international shipping is expensive and we wanted to keep it as low as possible. We use Australia Post International Post Standard Prepaid Satchel’s to ensure your parcel is safe, tracked and secure.

International Post Standard Shipping:

Standard Tracked Shipping is estimated to deliver within approximately 6+ business days after being sent. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, we will be in contact via email to confirm your tracking number with Australia Post.

NZ Standard: $18.26

UK Standard: $28.20

Europe Standard: $29.30

Custom Taxes and Duties

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties, and will be due upon collection or delivery of the order.

All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you chose to refuse any shipments upon delivery).

Customs require that we state the exact value of your order directly on your parcel.

Taxes and fees are based on many different reasons (location, item value, material etc), and we have no control over these fees.

We do not collect or pay for any of these fees, nor are we able to calculate them for each state or territory.

Lost or missing parcels

BASIN Jewellery conduct all shipping through Australia Post. BASIN Jewellery is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged in the post, and are not responsible for items that go missing. If an incorrect delivery address is provided at checkout, BASIN jewellery is not responsible for locating the parcel. We will not replace items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at checkout.

Delivery time

Your items will be posted within three business days of receiving your order. We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible however delivery times through Australia Post may vary.

FAQ’s

Return Policy

You may exchange or refund any BASIN items, in accordance with the following:

You must notify BASIN by email on [email protected] that you wish to exchange or refund your items, within seven days of receiving your order. Please include proof of purchase in your email, via invoice, bank statement or BASIN email confirmation.
You will receive a reply email from BASIN with your return ID.
You must return your items via postage within seven days of receiving your return ID from BASIN.
- Please indicate your return ID on your return parcel or on your proof of purchase.
- If exchanging, please clearly indicate for which item/size. We’ll exchange your items subject to availability.
- If you’re requesting a refund, please indicate clearly.
No exchanges or refunds are accepted on sale items.

Refunds

Refunds will credited back to the card that was used to make the original purchase for the full purchase amount.
Your refund will be processed as soon as your items have been received by BASIN.
Please allow up to 14 days from the day you returned your items for your account to be credited.

Faulty/Damaged Items

We will gladly exchange or refund any faulty or damaged items, provided they have been purchased from BASIN within eight weeks.

Please note that all of our jewellery is crafted using quality metals and gemstones, this means that your jewellery could host minor marks and inclusions. Because all of our pearls and gemstones are natural products that are unique and may differ slightly from item to item. This could result in the jewellery that that you receive differing slightly in colour to the jewellery that is featured on our website. We will not accept returns or exchanges due to the natural marks and inclusions within our jewellery.
